Lets just get started with creating a blank web page with nothing on it at all. Just a plain old blank page

1. Create a Dir on your desktop. Preferably with no spaces. This is where you will create your webpage that we create.

2. Open Notepad. (If you don't know how to do that and there isn't a way to find it on this site i'm sorry i'm trying to get to that)

3. Enter this Below (With out the # symbols please)
